I remember you well as we talked about marathons over a beautiful lunch by the beach! It's been a hectic and amazing year. I'm in the last stages of training for the fourth and final marathon of the year taking place in Dublin on the 27th. Are you still running the Frankfurt marathon on the 26th? How is the training? I've decided not to set a time for myself for the last race but my times have gone from 4hours14minutes in April to 3hours52minutes in May and to 3hours46minutes in June so we'll see what happens on the 27th!!
